The Consumers Energy Cooperative Board consists of dedicated members who volunteer their time to serve. Board members are usually elected by the cooperative members during annual general meetings or through other established procedures outlined in the cooperative’s bylaws. Trustees have fiduciary responsibilities to act in the best interest of the membership.
