NYS Energy Research & Development Authority–www.nyserda.ny.gov. Lower Hudson Valley data represents average oil prices in Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester. Dealers are surveyed weekly from September-March. Daily retail Westchester Dealer Specific Highs & Lows reported to CECI database.

- CECI determines a margin to operate the office and serve our members.
- All 1200+ members pay the same LOW price for oil.
- We do NOT make a profit.
- At year end, if excess funds remain in our operational account, we distribute REBATES to all members – Extra savings for all!
On average, CECI prices are typically 50-60 cents per gallon below the average retail price in Westchester County.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Automatic and “Will Call” Delivery
Set your account for automatic delivery so CECI can handle everything for you. Our ‘Will Call’ service is available for those who wish to monitor oil usage and call when a delivery is required.

CECI suppliers are carefully vetted, well-established, full-service dealers. Our growing membership provides us with increased leverage on pricing, scheduling, and the most expensive portion of any home service – labor rates.
Our annual service contracts offer 24/7 emergency service during the heating season. Your service contract Includes:
- Site assessment for new customers
- Annual cleaning and coverage of standard burner hardware covered on contract
- 24/7 service available during heating season
